We’re on a mission to transform the working world for Neurodivergent people, and NeuroBusiness CIC is getting bigger, bolder, and busier! To keep us on track, we’re looking for new Directors to join our team.
This is a voluntary role, but what you get in return is the opportunity to be part of real, tangible change for Neurodivergent people in the workplace. We’re a Neurodivergent-led organisation, built by Neurodivergent people, for Neurodivergent people — and now we want to grow our team with others who share our passion and energy.
We’re not just looking for any directors; we want people who will bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a desire to help steer the NeuroBusiness ship (metaphorically speaking — no actual sailing experience required). If you have experience in finance, marketing, business development, training, or anything else you think could help us thrive, we want to hear from you.
We take a two-way approach to creating inclusive workplaces: supporting neurodivergent individuals with coaching, mentoring, and in-work support, while helping businesses understand and embrace neurodiversity through training and education. The ultimate goal? Better working environments for everyone.
