What to expect?
We are a supportive group, who support through our own lived experiences. You will be welcomed to share a little about yourself and reflect on your week as part of a round robin format.
Following this an open discussion, crafts or other activities may take place. Refreshments are provided* throughout the meeting to help you relax and settle in.
New Members are always welcome.
*A voluntary donation of £1.00 per meeting to help cover costs of refreshments.
