My name is Jasmine, I'm 28 and I have multiple chronic health problems which affect my mental and physical health as well as my overrall mobility. I suffer with endometriosis, CPTSD, ADHD, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, chronic stress, arthritis and chronic nerve issues.

I like to research, go down rabbit-holes of random information, play video games to help with my ADHD, I love films and trash TV but I continuously am looking for ways to better myself whether it's trying a new hobby or learning something new about myself through therapy or talking to my support system.
