Are you looking for a challenging volunteer role?

“Both Parents Matter Cymru” are looking for people to help during these difficult times. Are you someone who likes to listen, be a shoulder to cry on? Can you empathise with our service users who are going through some tough times?

Especially missing their children, being refused access by the other parent during these strange times.

You will be able to do this from home, as an Emotional support Buddy, and you can also do this in-person in our face to face meetings.

Or maybe you would like to help in a different role as an

Helpline inbound call handler or a outbound caller carrying out administration, phoning service users and completing our registration packs with them.

Requirements are:

  • Be a good listener.
  • Be able to volunteer a minimum of four hours a week.
  • Be empathetic.
  • Have access to the internet.
  • Respect client confidentiality and safeguarding for all concerned.

Register an application via our website: www.bpmuk.org
