Research is showing that singing aids a return to optimum breathing capacity for those with respiratory conditions.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT BECOMING A GREAT SINGER..YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ABLE TO SING WELL!

MUSIC NOW COMMUNITY GROUP together with the British Lung Foundation seeks to further evaluate the positive effects of singing on breathing patterns.

The first one of its kind in the Cynon Valley, we hope to empower those living with lung conditions to thrive and rely less on medication and have fewer GP and hospital visits.
