Purpose of the role
Reel Minds CIC supports adults’ mental health and wellbeing through fishing and outdoor activities. We are looking for a creative volunteer to help capture and share our story by filming sessions, interviewing participants, and creating engaging content for YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
Key tasks
Film and photograph Reel Minds sessions in a sensitive and respectful way
Interview participants, volunteers, and partners (with consent)
Edit and produce short videos for TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Create engaging social media posts that reflect Reel Minds’ values
Work with the team to ensure all content follows safeguarding and GDPR guidelines
Skills & qualities needed
Experience with video filming, editing, and social media content creation
Confident using platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
Creative storytelling skills with an eye for capturing people and nature
Good communication and interviewing skills
Respectful, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach when working with people sharing personal experiences
Ability to follow safeguarding and confidentiality policies
Additional requirements
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check (paid for by Reel Minds CIC).
