Datblygu Cydberthnasau Iach a Chymunedau Cryfach drwy Ddrama

Mae Theatr Spectacle yn gwahodd ysgolion uwchradd, grwpiau ieuenctid, a sefydliadau cymunedol ar draws Rhondda Cynon Taf i archebu gweithdai drama dwyieithog (Cymraeg a Saesneg) am ddim.

Mae'r sesiynau hwyliog, cyfranogol yma’n cefnogi llesiant emosiynol, cydberthnasau iach, a hyder cymdeithasol mewn pobl ifanc. Maen nhw’n cyd-fynd â’r Cwricwlwm i Gymru (y Pedwar Diben) ac wedi'u cysylltu â Iechyd a Llesiant.

Pam mae'n bwysig

Ers y pandemig, mae pobl ifanc yn wynebu heriau go iawn—pwysau o ran y cyfryngau cymdeithasol, anawsterau hunaniaeth, a deall ffiniau. Mae'r gweithdai yma’n cynnig cefnogaeth ymarferol a chynhwysol sy'n cyrraedd pobl ifanc lle bynnag maen nhw.

Beth sydd wedi’i gynnwys

  • Sesiwn ryngweithiol (hyd at ddwyawr) ar gyfer un dosbarth neu grŵp (~30 o gyfranogwyr)
  • O dan arweiniad hwyluswyr profiadol, ac wedi'i gwreiddio mewn profiad byw
  • Wedi’i chyflwyno yn Gymraeg neu yn Saesneg
  • Mae'r pynciau'n cynnwys hunaniaeth, pwysau digidol, cydberthnasau iach
  • Ar gyfer pobl ifanc 11+ oed, gan gynnwys darpariaeth sy'n addas ar gyfer anghenion dysgu ychwanegol
  • Am ddim (bydd y Gronfa Ffyniant Gyffredin yn talu)
  • Fe ddown ni atoch chi—ar gael ar draws Rhondda Cynon Taf

Archebwch

Archebwch nawr ar gyfer gweithdai rhwng dydd Llun 15 Medi a dydd Gwener 5 Rhagfyr, 2025.

Mae’r gweithdai ar gael ar sail y cyntaf i'r felin.

Beth mae pobl ifanc yn ei ddweud

“Yn y bôn dyma fy mywyd i. Diolch i chi Spectacle am roi’r gofod i fi rannu fy mhrofiadau a theimlo cymaint o gefnogaeth.”
