Impact & Evaluation Volunteer
Want to prove the difference Marauders makes! We are looking for an Impact & Evaluation Volunteer to help us measure the success of our activities and demonstrate our value to funders and beneficiaries. Your role will involve helping to design simple, effective methods—such as short surveys or feedback forms—to gather data on how our activities affect men's well-being, particularly in relation to the '5 Ways of Wellbeing'. You'll help us collect and analyse this feedback, translating it into clear, compelling reports that showcase our community impact. This is a vital role that ensures we are constantly improving our programmes and provides the evidence needed to secure future funding and support our growth across South Wales.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and data collection skills.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, online survey tools (e.g., Google Forms).
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data.
- Ability to present findings clearly in simple reports.
