SMART Money Cymru need Community Banking Hub Volunteers to run community collection outlets in the Cynon Valley.
The role includes being responsible for customer collections and providing information on behalf of our Credit Union. You will be updating passbooks, taking cash, keeping records, banking and recording transactions on our behalf.
To apply you will need to complete an application form, provide two references and attend an informal interview.
We would ideally like volunteers to be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.

On the job training for the role is provided out of pocket travel expenses will be paid. We provide you with an induction to your role, a DBS Check and support from other volunteers and paid staff.
Skills You'll Need
No particular knowledge required, but the role would suit people who like dealing with customers, be numerate, and have good communication skills or a willingness to learn.
Travel Information
The roles will be based in community buildings located ideally near potential volunteers.
