Volunteer Role: Social Media Officer

Are you creative, organised, and passionate about making a difference? We’re looking for a volunteer Social Media Officer to help us share our message, promote our projects, and celebrate the amazing things happening across the Rhondda Fach.

What you’ll do:

  • Create engaging posts for our Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

  • Share news about events, activities, and volunteering opportunities

  • Highlight local stories and community successes

  • Respond to messages and comments in a friendly and helpful way

  • Help grow our online presence and reach new people

What we’re looking for:

  • A flair for writing and creating eye-catching content

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (we can provide support if needed)

  • Enthusiasm for community work and connecting with people

  • Ability to volunteer a few hours a week – at home or in person

What you’ll get out of it:
