About
Helping those who are unemployed, under-employed or simply unhappy.
The Green Light project is a scheme established to help those who are unemployed, under-employed or simply unhappy. It’s about the transition into employment, education or voluntary roles, and removing the barriers that prevent it.
First we chat with the candidate, identifying what support they need and what goals they need help achieveing. We will then create a personal development plan with you to identify what support you need. Once that’s been done we will offer a variety of support in partnership with other organisations, ranging from CV building, developing personal skills, qualifications (e.g. CSCS and first aid), careers guidance and planning, support to apply for jobs and/or courses, and so on.
It doesn’t matter who you are or what experiences you have: our primary goal is to help you!
